Maybe we had a bad room, but our experience was very different from the high ratings this hotel had online.
Pros: Just outside Bryce Canyon/less than 10 minutes away so great proximity. There's a big outdoor pool & hot tub that feel great after a day of hiking. Room has Directv & HBO with multiple HBO chanels. (but not SmartTVs, so no Netflix, etc)
Cons: Our AC ran for hours & hours, and the room never cooled. The bed was hard/a cheap mattress. Room had no travel toiletries, no soap, and not even a soap dish in the bathroom. The office closed at 9pm, and no one answered our call when we called a bit after that to see if we could switch rooms due to the air conditioning not working. Some rooms adjacent to the front office may have been fine, but ours was across the entire property and attached to the restaurant, so it made more sense to drive to the pool/office.
