Well, I paid quite a bit of money for the stay and other than the fact that is super close to the park. The hotel offers very little. It seems like the installations are a little dated. There are better hotels a little farther (a mile farther) that offer better accommodations for less. I will leave it there. I was hoping for a nicer stay than what I got. However, the staff was super helpful and the surroundings and the closeness to the park are what’s worth it.

Amazing, large room the size of a large studio apartment, kitchen with microwave, small fridge and toaster oven + coffee maker. Patio had view of the mountains and river. Laundry was accessible and priced nicely.

fabulous location, we had the Deluxe apartment with the river and mountain view. It has everything one could wish for, high quality finishes and the bed was devine. Excellent value for money. We would return in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at the Desert Pearl Inn. The views surrounding the hotel are stunning and it’s very close to the entrance to Zion. Our room was modern, spacious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the river and mountains. We would stay here again!

National park is only a mile away! We walked to it often even though there is a shuttle stop in front of the hotel which is super convenient. I loved the location and loved being in Springdale! Although it looked very inviting, we did not end up using the pool or hot tub. The shower in the room, however, was PHENOMENAL! 2 shower heads and really warm/hot water. Those showers felt amazing after a long day of hiking. And the view of the mountains and the creek off our deck was just beautiful. I spent many a night in the deck with a glass of wine, just listening to the creek and looking at the stars. Mornings were coffee on the deck looking at the mountains. Just beautiful. Laundry facilities were very clean and reasonably priced. All in all, a very positive experience. I’d stay here again!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, answering our questions when we called to inquire about our upcoming stay and having our room ready when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean. Having a coin-operated washer/dryer laundry facility on site was great, especially after a few days of hiking. The close proximity to Zion and being within walking distance to restaurants were a plus.

Great location with excellent facility in the room. Can be a long stay living accommodation. The staff is very helpful to explain the location, and the location is just next to the river. First floor guest have have patio access tot he ground and river very easily.
