「We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. 」

「Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. Easy check in and staff was excellent. Breakfast was really good. Not a fan of the pancake maker. Room amenities were superb. Will be staying with them again. 」
