「Easy check in, they sent a code for the front door and then we found our room with key in room door lock. Area was quiet and nice patio area. Snacks were accessible throughout common areas. Bedding was super comfortable. Would stay here again.」

「The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. 」

I explained to the operator with Hilton and she offered me to change to another one of their hotels at my expense or keep what I had since I booked through a third party. The bed was broken; small black bugs crawling all over the floor and walls in the bathroom; mold and mildew all in bathroom 」

「I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I honestly expected it to be a bit of a letdown, but it ended up being a great stay. The property felt updated, clean, and very homey, which made a big difference. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Having a laundry area on the floor was convenient, and I loved the standalone glass shower instead of a traditional tub, it gave the room a more modern feel. 「The floor we stayed on was so loud making it impossible to sleep even though we had to get up early. Every night someone was running through the halls or slamming door and arguing on the phone. The staff were hands down the best but until a curfew is implemented for kids running around all night I highly doubt I would come back and stay, and I was there with my own teenage kids and they were bothered and it was hard to sleep even for them.」
