「Love the warm and personal service from the owners/employees. Food is always above and beyond delicious. Wonderful coffee always available. Evening treats are really tasty. The rooms are spacious and the mountain view is beautiful. The location is convenient to Helen and other north GA locations We had the Victorian Suite and access to the entire top front balcony. Thought it might be noisy at night but not a problem. We did have a few wasps that they came and sprayed quickly. We really love...

「Very nice room with very good amenities. Charming western theme with a lot of really cool decorations. Close to several areas to eat, shop, and explore. I would definitely recommend this property for couples looking for something away from Helen, GA. It is only about 8-10 minutes to get to downtown Helen.」

「Right in the heart of the little Germantown of Helen. Very well maintained for an older property beautiful pool rooms were very clean. My only can play it would be that the room smelled a bit musty... They were extremely accommodating and the breakfast was great!」

「The location to the main strip downtown was wonderful. Easily walkable. Our room was spacious and the balcony facing the river was exactly what we hoped for. Outdoor pool along the riverside was well maintained. Best of all is the private park area with direct access to the river, benches, and a porch swing. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of items to choose from. The gal who checked us in was extremely friendly and quite funny which was an unexpected plus! Highly recommend this property!」

「For the price point this motel was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the property itself was well kept. It's close to everything you'll want to do in Helen, GA. We expected the breakfast to be only cold items, but were pleasantly surprised by the waffle maker. The kids loved the pool in the evenings after site-seeing. Overall, we'd happily stay here again when we visit Helen, GA.」

「We had a great stay! The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The lake view was beautiful and made for a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.」

「Jan at the front desk was the first person we encountered and she set the stage for our fabulous 4 day stay. She was attentive, friendly and ever so helpful insuring our stay was as wonderful as we imagined. The spa professionals were skilled and committed to hospitality and excellence. Kaily and Carigan were absolutely outstanding technicians. I HIGHLY recommend the head spa, peptide facial and hydrating body wrap. These will change your life!!! Our bungalow was just across from the chapel....

「Lodge staff were helpful and location was great . Unfortunately hallways smelt of mildew and felt very humid and we had an awful bug "ROACH" problem in our room in building C . This was our first visit to the lodge and we will not be visiting again due to poorly maintained pest control . staff was unable to give us another room and instead sent maintenance to spray . Sadly it didnt help much so we were not able to finish our stay due to the issue .」

「Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. 」

「I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out.」
