"We stayed in a one-bedroom cabin and absolutely loved it. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a brand-new couch and flat-screen TV, both of which looked older in the photos, so the upgrade was a nice touch. One of our favorite things was that the hot tub was always open. Sitting in it at 2 a.m. with nothing but quiet around was such a relaxing experience. Although we didn’t eat at the restaurant, the menu looked excellent and we’d definitely consider it next time. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding front desk staff, two incredibly friendly and helpful guys who went above and beyond. They even created a quiet space for me in the lobby to take a conference call, knowing we had kids with us and the cabin might get noisy. I think one of the guys names was Martin. Highly recommend this place and would absolutly come back!"

"Love that we booked this place for a night as we make our way around Iceland. Staff at the front desk was super nice, they have a laundry service for a fee but it’s convenient and they provide you a bag and depending on when you drop it off you could get it that evening or on your way to breakfast. Excited for the free breakfast buffet in the morning after eating at the hotel restaurant for dinner. They have the option of a dinner buffet on the menu and the options are amazing. The price might seem steep but try to get apps, salad, entree, and dessert for that same price in town. Wait staff was great. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, good blackout curtains. Would recommend! "

"Stay in the two bedroom suite in July 2025. Everything is good. Check in was smooth. Unit is on second floor with no elevator so you need to carry the luggage’s up. Grocery and famous pizza place right cross the street. Used the kitchen to cook some simple breakfast. Also used the washer and dryer. Note it is a combo machine so you need to plan your loads accordingly. Unlike dryers in America it takes about two hours to finish one load but it does the job. "

"Clean and comfortable. Large dining room with view. Included breakfast was good and service was too. Popular with tour groups. Easy to drive to local sights and local dining with several good restaurants within 12-15 minutes. "

"This was one of the largest rooms we had in Iceland. It's an entire apartment with a huge bathroom and beautiful walk in shower. The beds were so comfy. It had a full shower, dining room, living room and huge TV. The private patio had amazing views of the Black Sand Beaches. You can pull your car right up to your front door. It had a beautiful bar and restaurant on the property. It also had shampoo, conditioner and lotion! Rare find in Iceland hotels. Loved it so much!"

"New or newly remodeled hotel. Smaller rooms but very nicely done. Very clean. Great location next to shopping and food. "
