「Everything is fine except that the receptionist on ground floor was away for a long time. He left a contact number to call, but I thought he'd be back soon so decided to wait at the lobby for half an hour. Still no show.」

「No dressers for clothing. Closets a plenty but only a couple of hangers. The iron had residue on it so ironing our outfits was sketchy. The bed was super small and very low to the ground. The living room couch was not comfortable. No TV service the next morning. No microwave. You are given the same access code for the elevator and your room. Anyone in the elevator can see over your shoulder the code you’re punching in. Therefore they know the code to your room as well. The parking lots...

「The suites are absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious, clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this property.」

「Well the kitchen was clean. But I didn't know is that it lacked all the essentials to use the kitchen. It needed a kettle perhaps a toaster cutlery plates and bowls cups and glasses for some a coffee maker. These are just things that I noticed that at other rentals they were available. As long as people know that these are things that they should bring I think it would be fine but without knowing this it might be shocking otherwise it was fine」
