The perfect spot for our family with young kids. We were able to stop in for naps, wash laundry - detergent was provided - so we could pack less, and cook meals instead of having to eat out with babies. Located a quick walk from the go station so catching the train into Toronto was super quick and easy. We ended up with a large rental vehicle so parking in the underground parkade was pretty tight but we were able to fit. Overall it was clean and quiet and we had a great time!

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the location was excellent for getting around and enjoying the area. A couple of small improvements that could enhance the guest experience: - Providing additional coffee for longer stays would be appreciated - It would be helpful to communicate in advance that parking is limited and may require a reservation for those traveling by car

Room is excellent. Include kitchenette with coffee pods and everything needed. When booking I was looking for a place with parking but could not reserve the parking until checking when I was told all spots were taken. But there are two 24 hour parking lots near by so no major problem just if you want to make sure you car is in secure parking may not be ideal. The restaurant located in the building was amazing. Highly recommend. It was called plank. Lots of bars and restaurants in the same street. So location and room was top notch. Glad I selected this place. We stayed one night.

The property and room are excellent, but there is no front desk staff. Check-in and parking arrangements are by text message, which as an experience leaves a lot to be desired.

The Laundry Room is a really nice place but a couple of things let it down. The online check-in process is confusing. It should be a simple step by step process but it is not clearly described and things change. I was expecting emails as described but got expedia messages, whatsapp messages and emails. Also it was a very cold time of year and the apartment is well heated but we could not lower the temperature in order to sleep. The thermostat was turned down to 16° but room temp stayed at 22.5°.

Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard. I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.) The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet seemed to have issues - water tank didn’t fill with water properly. I booked very last minute so the price was high. The poor functionality of the bathroom took away from the entire experience. Suggest only booking at regular rates!

Even though I filled in all the paperwork in advance I wasn’t sent the codes to enter. They do not have staff on site and I had to call a couple of times to get it resolved. After we finally got in the place was nice. It looked like the photos. The art was cool. The kids liked the “balconies” mainly because they couldn’t figure out the purpose. It would be nice to have a table since there is a kitchen area. The beds are ok, not the most comfortable. The place worked for what we needed it for. The shower works well and is hot. Over all it was a good stay.
