「A great motel conveniently located not far from the town centre. Top marks for cleanliness. Garden area lovely and rooms spacious. We were in a room designed for people with a disability. While we didn't need the railings etc it's worth mentioning for those who might. Plenty of parking and lovely and quiet even on New Year's Eve. 」

I then tried calling twice and received no answer and then messaged again and received a text back stating I had to pay an additional fee which I found disappointing. I was asked to complete a mandatory pre check in where I was asked to pay for the room. 「No Heating on Ground Floor. Poor Wifi. Certainly navigating being a new hotel. Spa not yet refurbed and open. Restaurant good. 」

「The room was very clean however there was a lack of attention to detail in other areas. Eg we were given the wrong room and had to explain to reception the room we had booked wasn’t the one allocated, we didn’t get our water or biscuits replaced after housekeeping had been through and we found a used face washer in the shower. Small things but for the price we paid we expected more.」
