「I had the top 2 bed cabin and there had clearly been a hole in the wall that had been patched but not painted. This is also clearly a place for workers and the worker next to me had really loud music throughout the night. Otherwise it was a lovely cabin with everything you could need. 」

They refunded the food from the bar after we complained to the receptionist in the morning. In the morning we could not find any seat in the restaurant for breakfast which we had pre-paid. Asked the receptionist for a refund for the breakfast, she said "she would have to ask the manager. Five star...

「The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it」
