「The room was very clean however there was a lack of attention to detail in other areas. Eg we were given the wrong room and had to explain to reception the room we had booked wasn’t the one allocated, we didn’t get our water or biscuits replaced after housekeeping had been through and we found a used face washer in the shower. Small things but for the price we paid we expected more.」

「No Heating on Ground Floor. Poor Wifi. Certainly navigating being a new hotel. Spa not yet refurbed and open. Restaurant good. 」
