"PROs: Rooms are a great size and connected to the train station CONs: Coldest pool I have been in and Im Canadian. Extremely cold. Room carpets are due to be changed out. Resort is getting dated so they should remove the resort fees."

"I had to spend an extra $50 CAD for transportation back and forth to the airport. They easily could have gone the extra mile to assist in rental car drop off and pick up at the airport. Hotel is under construction. "

"HORRIBLE, I accidentaly sprained my ankle on the day of check in. I asked to be placed on lower level because they did not have elevators. But they still put me on the top floor. SECOND, we needed ice to ice my ankle but my husband had to go down to the front desk to request ice 😮‍💨. THIRD, we can clearly hear the guests from the other room. There was no privacy. FOURTH, you can hear other guests walking by the hallway in the middle of the night. Rooms was clean. But privacy and access to the rooms are horrible."
