But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "It is overall nice. However, I am a bit disappointed because there is no kettle available in the room and I have to buy the water in the hotel or at convenient store which is quite pricy. I think kettle in room is quite basic. "
