「Most staff members were incredible but we did have a bad experience with one front desk representative while trying to have a lost key replaced. We had a large group staying there while in town for a close family member's funeral. The common area, where breakfast is served, is spacious and was perfect for socializing as a group. The hotel was super thoughtful in giving us a condolence card and offering their help to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall our experience was very good.」
