「We had a great time. Heather kept our room clean and was a very thoughtful person. We enjoyed our time with her. The only issue we had (and it did not involve Heather) was while we were preparing to leave by the 11:00 deadline. 「Very friendly when we arrived. Our room was not ready because we arrived earlier than we expected but it was ready exactly at 3:00pm.
