"I was delighted with the price and in general the hotel and room were fine. It is conveniently located next to either a Denny's or IHOP restaurant –I don't recall which, but the food was great. I had two complaints. The lady at the front desk gave me two magnetic keys to the door, and neither worked. After trying both in all directions I went back to the front desk, she gave me two more keys, they didn't work either, and ultimately she went to the room with me (obviously annoyed but courteous) and discovered they would not work for her either. She said she would be right back, and 45 minutes later I went to dinner and was able to get working keys when I returned and went to the front desk. My biggest concern was there was almost zero water pressure in the bathroom sink—perhaps a ¼” drizzle—so to wash my hands or brush my teeth I had to use the shower faucet, which had tremendous water pressure. I mentioned this shortly after I arrived but two days later nothing had been done to address the problem. Also, I left a little after 9:00 AM on my first full day to drive to San Antonio and give a lecture, and when I returned that evening the trash cans were still full, no new towels, and as stated the sink faucet just dripped a thin stream of water. All in all, I would call it a “decent” experience given the great price, but somewhat annoying as well—particularly because of the lack of water. "

"Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am."

"Room looked clean, but had a bad smell of mildew/mold. I asked the front desk if I could have a different room and was told that they were totally booked and had no room available. Guy at the front desk seemed to be annoyed that i asked for a different room. "

"They asked 15$ per hour of early check in. The room cleaning personal put my belongings in a black plastic bag treating as a trash without my permission even though I had told them that I will check out at noon, and they have told me that is ok! The whole building including the room was smelling bad! No room service! "
