The room cleaning personal put my belongings in a black plastic bag treating as a trash without my permission even though I had told them that I will check out at noon, and they have told me that is ok! The whole building including the room was smelling bad! No room service! "

"First room AC not working. We had to repack and move to another room. It was right above the bar and pool area. The music didn't go off until after 11:00 even though no one at the pool which was unheated. Hot tub was out of order also. Overall a disappointment."

"Awful place, DO NOT STAY. It was NOTHING like the photos, it was old, run down, and dirty. We checked in less than 3 hours after check-in was available, and were told that they overbooked the king size bed we wanted and were given 2 queens. I asked if we could have a discount, since that's not what I booked, and they said yes, and never did it. I contacted them after the stay, and they said they would not offer a discount. The fixtures were wobbly, the room smelled, there were no utensils to eat the snacks we bought at the lobby with. The fridge wasn't working, and the AC wasn't cold. Please avoid like the plague. I even contacted Expedia, and they didn't do a thing either. Save yourself."
