"Most of the staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine and staff good. Unfortunately restaurant closes a little early and they stop taking orders 15 mins prior. We arrived at the restaurant 25 mins prior to closing and was behind another guest. The manager told us to wait as he would be right back but only came back 10 mins later to tell us that we would need to go eat elsewhere as the restaurant was closing. Very unprofessional and comments were also made by other guests who...

"Food was really good, menu was just missing a grill section. Good beer+beer garden. Nice rooms and excellent shower!"

"The room was clean and spacious. Our only minor complaint is about the shower stall. It was only half enclosed so splashes of water on the floor was inevitable. The drain was also a little bit slow, so we had to turn down the shower flow to avoid standing in a puddle of water. The full breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, which did not vary during our 3 night stay. We enjoyed it nonetheless. "Coffee m,c not working for the two days and when asked could I have one from the bar coffee m,c was told no…. During the evening could here loud bangs from other rooms… on returning on early evening from a meal found the police where arresting a male for breach of his bail… overall would never return to this hotel or ibis in the future"

"The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. "
