"Most of the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool area is beautiful. The rooms and upkeep of the property really needs work and ASAP! They are not cleaning these rooms good and the fact I had to place so many calls for housekeeping really discouraged me from staying here again. "

"Room was small and that was after the upgrade we paid for. Loved the old school Miami vibes it had going. Definitely no beach view like it’s advertised. But only a five min walk to the beach so wasn’t that bad. Shower had mold in the sealant grout. For what they charge for per night thought there would be more or the staff would be more friendly. Bartender didn’t even acknowledge us. We sat at the bar for 10 mins and left. And walked a block away and had excellent service. The best part about stay was breakfast server. She was lovely. You can hear everything. People coming in all hours of the night. People above you. Next to you. No sound barrow at all. Kinda sad for what they charge. "

"The staff was kind. The room looked way better online, it was clean but smelled like moth balls. The walls are thin. The tv didn’t work, the elevator had broke and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs when checking out. It’s okay if you want to stay close to beach though. Not horrible, not bad just okay "
