"The staff was very helpful and attentive. House keeping kept the room very clean. The two people at the front desk were very helpful with answering questions and getting the car from valet. Having the option to valet took a lot of the stress away when it comes to parking. The bartender was very nice she made drinks quickly and was very polite. I wish there was more to do at the hotel it is so beautiful and I had a wonderful time. Definitely would come back and I will be recommending this hotel to others. "

"Bed was hard as a rock. Overnight parking is too expensive. Most of the valets are rude and don’t help with bags. Nice little pool scene with a good mix of people and views. Can get loud and raunchy on the weekends. I feel it’s a decent price and you can get a pretty decent room with a good view of the bay. I rated this hotel higher for the years we been coming here but wife and I are approaching 40 and we have experienced more establishments to compare this to. Not sure if we will return next go around. "

"This hotel is hella nice. The building is old and the elevator moves hella slow (lol) but, overall, it's a nice hotel. I love it. My room was nice and comfy. The restaurant and bar were good, too. And, the staff ... They were awesome. I came in from my cruise to the Bahamas with no voice, stuffed up ears and could barely hear. They were so kind and patient with me. This is my fave hotel in Miami Beach and I will be back! :)"
