​We had a wonderful stay at this beachside gem! The best part was easily the amazing host and management team, who worked tirelessly to make us feel at home. The location and layout are perfect for both quick trips and extended stays. We were especially impressed when the host reached out personally on our last day to check in on our experience and see how they could improve. Highly recommended!

Great affordable option in Miami. Combines advantages of the vacation rental and the hotel. Quiet neighborhood close to South Beach. Loved the beach material they put at your disposal and responsiveness to inquiries. We stayed there with our 2 kids.

From the time I booked the reservation to the end, hotel staff was in constant communication. Ensuring my needs were met. Response time was fast, despite the hour of the day. I had originally booked to stay at another hotel, but saw the ratings of cleaniless, and made the switched. I wasn't disappointed. I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

A truly wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained — it's clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the space in top condition. The room was spotless and the staff was really friendly. It is just 3 minutes walk from the Miami strip aka ocean drive...and 4 minutes from the south beach. The location is perfect without the sound of noise of the best place but safety and security is atmost. The room is like a mini home, very spacious. Thanks to Oscar we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely return. The room was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was extremely convenient for our family during the trip. The location was excellent and felt safe and comfortable. Oscar was incredibly attentive over the phone. The maintenance staff was consistently on site and always available. We also appreciated the support from the front desk staff at the Augustine Hotel, who were very kind and helpful. The beach towels and beach chairs they provided were a great added touch and made our beach days much easier. Overall, this hotel offered a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It's a row of rooms on a ground level, and the one close to the street is more noisy. Situated a few blocks from the beach. The room itself is extremely clean (like scrubbed-clean) and very spacious, has two beds with great matresses (mid to firm firmness). Kitchen and bathroom are also scrubbed clean although older-looking. The communication was amazing: Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Maude, the front desk person, is a very friendly and sweet young woman, who also made sure our stay was comfortable.

Location très bien située ( Washington av, collins av). Ocean drive à 3 min à pied. Le quartier est très calme. Repos garanti.literie confortable. Parking voiture à 2 min à pied. Possibilité de mettre des vélos de location devant votre logement: génial. Un grand merci à Oscar et son équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité H24. Quel soulagement après une arrivée vers minuit. Je recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain passage à Miami.

No happy with hospitality. Had 2 towels for 4 days. Not good. No hand towels! Second to last day saw maintenance man and asked for towels for the room he generously brought us more towels that we check out the next day. Great location love the room could’ve been better with regular glasses or a cooking pan. It was just a pot.
