「The staff was friendly and professional. They were helpful with restaurants selection for the area as well as booking taxi for airport transfer. The hotel is a bit dated. However, it is a great place to stay for pre cruise or pro cruise stay since it is only a short distance from the cruise port and the airport. 」

「- 早上7:00 到達酒店，男職員告之不能提前，要12:00 才回來。到12:00 再回，女職員毫無笑客稱要15:00 才是check in 時間。（那為什麼男職員說12:00 可以回來呢）到15:00 是另一位女職員辦理手續，這位笑容親切有禮。行李寄存的大叔也很親切幫忙。 -- 早餐選擇少，不推薦。 -- 房間舒適寧靜，乾淨，睡得很舒服。 -- 樓下泳池外就是淺灘，很方便，海水清澈見到魚仔，十分歡喜海天一色」

「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」
