You should mention that the hotel is across the street from where the beach is. The breakfast was horrible, bowls of Joghurt with flies, fruits were horribly cut, eggs were made out of powder?? Food at the snack bar was okay but not really tasty however the location is pretty and the Roomservice has always been good. They should’ve mentioned that the whole place is under construction (wedding location at the Beach & front desk)

I have traveled throughout the world and have stayed in over 30 resorts. Royal Bora Bora, by far is the worst place we've ever stayed in. None of the staff made it welcoming. The food was disgusting and the bar was out of half the drinks we would order. This resort definitely needs to re-train their staff on hospitality, unless you're French, then you're good but if you're an American forget it, DO NOT STAY HERE! We visited from Mexico but because we spoke English, we were treated differently anytime we asked for anything it seemed like.

I love this low key hotel. I have been there 3 times and will be back. The front desk is so helpful, the ladys are so nice! It is on the main island so you don't need to pay extra to come off the atolls. It feels like old time tahiti, with shows a couple nights a week. It is great to have the free breakfest right on the ocean.

Great place to stay on the island. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s just a 15-minute walk to Matira Beach, as well as great dining spots like Lucky House. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Breakfast has limited options, and the menu is fairly simple, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore, so it’s not a major issue. There’s also an Avis location about 10 minutes away where you can rent a car or a motorcycle, which is very convenient for getting around.

Great location (with great value) close to many restaurants, markets and access to many excursion options. Rooms were clean, on site beach and gardens were beautiful and well kept. Resort restaurant had many options throughout the day. Staff were super friendly and always looking to help. Our family had a great time and would return again.

Overall, the room was clean, but we did have a little friend lizard that visited us. Staff is not always the friendliest, but also tips are not customary in this country. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it. I would recommend staying in this resort for the private beach that it offers but some of the coral seems to be dying.
