「We only stayed here one night because it was close to the airport and our room was as advertised. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast or use the shuttle but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.」

「This hotel was great for me and my daughters. When we realized the hotel we had originally booked was not ideal for us. We quickly canceled that and book this and within an hour we were able to check in. The hotel was very clean well maintained and worked well for what we needed. 「The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options and everything tasted good. The breakfast attendant wasn't very friendly, but she at least kept up with everything. Although the hot tub was filled and hot, we tried turning the jets on and only one jet worked. The pool was nice though. We would stay here again.」

「I reserved a top floor balcony room. When I checked in the only adjustment I was made aware of was that the pool was inoperable, no worries at all for me. I pay for my room and get my key. When I get to the room, I immediately thought it was a minor mistake because the room was on the fourth floor and there was no balcony. I used the room phone to call the front desk to get some clarity, It was at that moment I was informed that the balcony rooms were not open to the public "because they are not...

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「Laundry facilities were trash , washing machine shredded our clothes . Bleach was in fabric softener dispenser also ruined clothes . Staff said nothing they can do we’re on our own , but note says any problems with laundry let them know. Let them know for what they didn’t even check to see what our issue was so the next persons clothes aren’t ruined . 「We stayed in room 205, there were long hairs on in the bath tub and bathroom floor, the carpet was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. They charged us $166 deposit for two nights (no big deal), but when we checked out at 4am they charged us another $100 for reasons unknown.」
