"I’ve stayed here twice now and I can 100 percent say that the staff is their most valuable asset! I was checking in by Analyn and she was so courteous and professional! I asked for a specific tower and she was more than accommodating! The only issue that I had with the room was that my bathroom sink stopper was broken and in the down position. I needed to go out so I reported it to the front desk and by the time I returned, it was fixed and a note was left by the engineer who did the repair! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. "
