Hi Ameera! This is a surprise to me because you did not reach out during your stay. If you were dissatisfied with the condition of the towels, we would have gladly dropped off new ones and fixed the fridge. After looking, it seems the fridge was just misaligned and just needed to be pushed back into place. On top of that, we let you stay longer and have a late checkout and waived the 65 late checkout fee. Disappointed that we are paid back with a 2 star review for things that could have been addressed if you would have simply reached out during your stay. Hope we have a chance to make it up to you next time!

They must have come inside due to doors being left open. We have regular pest control treatment done at the property to prevent this. I will send my pest people back out to double check. Thanks!
