"My young son and I stayed the weekend here for a convention that we were attending downtown. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. There were many dining options nearby and the parking was easy and free. It was a quick drive to downtown and easy on and off the freeway. The price point was great. The hotels downtown were several hundred per-night, so one night downtown would have been more than the price of our entire stay here. If we come back to Indianapolis, I would consider...

"Guest services was arguing with a customer when I called the front desk. The bathroom was dirty. The tv remote didnt work. The heater barely worked and was noisy. The room had a weird odor. The front door needed repair. I only stayed here cause I was tired. Lots of sketchy people in the parking lot. The front desk guy in the morning did not aknowledge I had paid a deposit in cash. I had to insist that he should check the room out to get my deposit back. He took forever almost caused...
