「very clean room nice bed warm water very chill stay」

「This hotel has so much potential. Indoor pool, beach access, beautiful property. Unfortunately, it seems there is no upkeep on normal maintenance and is in desperate need of a good clean. The hallway and carpeting in our room were sandy, as was the bathroom. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom are falling (looks heavy with a water leak) and there was thick black mold growing in and around the tub. When we checked in, my toddler had just fallen asleep and older daughter was near sleep and I didn’t...

「The first room they had brought me to hadn't been cleaned in days at least with dust and dirt on all the surfaces and what looked like dried mud or something on the bathroom sink and bathroom tub. The second room was better but clearly still didn't get duste, and there was a dead fly on the bed with what looked like dog hair surrounding it. The door lock was broken and had to be locked from the inside before closing the door and still took multiple tries to get it to lock properly.」

「Room was clean. Common areas like hallways lobby needed cleaning. There was manure smell due to location near fields.」

「Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.」

「Excellent location, walked to everything including the theatres and restaurants. Vintage style building, excellent staff, room was well appointed and very clean. Had a soaker tub, if older it could be hard to get into, but my daughter loved it. Restaurant onsite and a nice little outdoor patio. Free parking. Overall a great property.」

「I was a little nervous about the “no check-in desk” (only emailed codes for the main entry and room doors) but it all worked out fine. The room was decorated interestingly. The scent of the soap/Shampoo was not for us, but the staff came minutes after we emailed them to remove it. Coffee shop is great. Location can’t be beat. Owner sat out on the porch one day chatting with guests. Friendly guy!」
