「Cleanliness could be better - floors were dirty and there were bits of other guests hairs in the shower. Bathroom mirror was wonderful, there’s really nowhere to put your stuff down in the bathroom so keep that in mind with hair tools etc. Staff was friendly, coffee station was a bonus! All in all, it was okay!」

「Thermostat wouldn’t turn heat down, even after shutting it off altogether. Windows had to be opened and it was raining. Not ideal」

「Beautiful grounds. The hotel has many rooms, which may be different. Mine was very basic decor and could have benefited from some paint touch ups, but was large, clean contained a fridge with freezer and microwave and was very well priced. Bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and staff were great. There is a restaurant on site although it wasn’t open for breakfast during my stay.」

「Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and for the price, we felt we definitely got our moneys worth. It’s right in the heart of Stratford so an excellent location to explore. While the room was ‘cozy’, and the bathroom might be a challenge for some due to its small space, it had all that was needed for a great sleep. Would go back again!」

「The parking lot is well lit and in a safe neighbourhood. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds included firm and soft pillows which allowed us to sleep well.」

「The check in was contactless. The room...although not the room we requested, was fine. the bed was lumpy...is my only complaint.」

「Kitchen was well eqipped. Staff member friendly and helpful. Pool perfect temperature. Great view. Breakfast would have been nice if fresh melons, berries etc. were served. Plain yogurts were needed too as everything was sweetened. I was thankful there were hard boiled eggs for protein. 」
