「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

The staff were great - nothing was too much trouble for them; so friendly and helpful. we were made to feel very welcome and soon made ourselves at home enjoying the friendly Wight atmosphere and all the services which were available. some great nights in the bar with the entertainment.
