「Wanted to change nights to 3 September and unable to get the money back even though we gave a month’s notice. On that event, we will not be recommending these people again.」

「The breakfast is great, and staffs are friendly and helpful.」

「Fint läge vid havet. Stranden precis nedanför.」

「We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself.」

「We really enjoyed our night here. The owners and their staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend.」

「Nice hotel with good breakfast. Quiet and have a good view for our room. Need to improve hot water supply and upgrade wifi for guest rooms.」

「Excellent facilities. Very spacious. Very helpful and personable owners.」

「This was the second time I’ve stayed at Florence Gardens, and it’s proved to be as exceptional as I found it on my first visit. The rooms are extremely comfortable and warm, the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and I won’t hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Portsmouth.」
