「Upon arrival we were informed all of management is brand new within the last 4-6 weeks; further noting the previous management did not take very good care of the place.
Overall, staff was welcoming, kind, and open to feedback.
Parking was excellent, no need to pay additionally like some places across the country.
Cleanliness was okay, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. Here's what I noticed:
- the grout in the showers could have been cleaned a bit better
- the shampoo stripped ALL of the...

「When we arrived I thought I was at the wrong place, it looked like an army barracks. From the pictures I was hoping for a key west vibe.. not so much, opened the door to our 2 bedroom suite in the first floor, facing the pool and immediately hit the bed with the door. The room was extremely small. Leftover food in the mini fridge, toilet had no water to flush, wet left and at least the 2 girls that were there were very nice and the maintenance guy/ desk clerk/ maybe manager did show us...

「This property is in need of some repair and cleaning. There were holes in the baseboard in our bathroom and the vents were dirty. Also, some less than desirable, loud and rude individuals in the room next to us, yelling and screaming while slamming the door back and forth at 2am!! The location is also not the best area, a little run down and noisy.」
