「In general, that's quite within the standard. But the room does not have the refrigerator and the elevator is old. The location is good, right in front of west farm mall, convenient for shopping.」

「Everything was super clean - room, bathroom, halls. And smells clean, a big factor for me. I use a walker, and there was plenty of room to get around including in the bathroom. 」

「Janaki, our hostess, was very accommodating. She met us at the door and escorted us to our room. She even carried my partner's suitcase for her. She even returned a few minutes later to check on our comfort, as regards the temperature. We both slept quite well. The beds were firm, but not "rock hard". The bedding was perfect, considering the outside temps were in the high 20's. Next morning, we had choices of yogurts (sugar-free, which is rare), pumpkin muffins, coffee/tea, cereal, fresh fruit...

「I did not eat breakfast, nor have coffee. Needed to resume my trip with an early start. I do think there was a bit of road noise, even on the 9th floor. Bed, pillow was comfy, and the temperature was easily controllable and good...helped for sleeping. Nice design (including cabinetry that housed the refrigerator, etc. concealed inside) of the accommodations. Very cool vanity in the bathroom. Shower-only in the bathroom with a sliding glass door. 」
