Very nice man at the front desk. No coffee machine in the room but that was OK. This is an old style motel where the rooms are spread out and you park directly in front of your room. Very convenient. Also a very good price. I will be back.

Staff was fantastic! Friendly and helpful. The hotel was...somewhere to sleep. I wouldn't stay for more than maybe two nights. Pretty grimy, outdated. Could use a deeeeeeeep cleaning but the bed was clean, plumbing worked and that's all I needed.

I stayed at the Best Stay Inn only one night which was my plan all along. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. The rooms are a bit outdated, some wear and tear, but exceptionally clean. Everything in the room functioned as expected. Even though it was a short visit, my son and I were comfortable, slept well, and plan to stay there again next year when we’re in the area for an event.

Been staying there a few weekends due to circumstances. very good for the price! In the several weekends I've been staying there they are still trying to get an ice maker working and that will be great when it is. But considering the prices for nearby hotels a very good deal. Helpful staff . New furniture appearing in the rooms.

One of the less expensive options in the Hartford area but was well maintained and good value for money. While not a flashy hotel the rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked as we were attending a Hartford Yard Goats game and it was a straight forward drive from the hotel to the stadium. Would use again for a short stay in this area
