"Overall the hotel was clean and provided everything needed "

"First of all, Holiday Inn Express is one of two hotels my wife and I prefer over any others. These two are slightly more expensive than some others, but the quality of the beds, staff, faclities, etc, and including the breakfasts, is usually worth it. NOT THIS TIME: The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold - not "not warm", cold. The "omelets" were cool at best. After I trashcanned the first plate, I dug another off the bottom of the tray. It was slightly warmer, not warm, certainly not hot. The sausage patties were cold, and tasteless. Worst of all, the traditional highlight of the HI Express breakfast - the cinnamon rolls were also not even warm except on the very top. (They were still quite excellent after I took them to the room and ran them in the microwave for half a minute). Basically, today, 3/25/26, about 7:30, breakfast just wasn't worth it."

"I was only passing through the area and did not use many of the amenities. The room was very nice. The dining area was good sized, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good."

"The room was perfect. The young man who checked us in (R.E. or something close) was very helpful and polite. "

"Clean room great staff good food Had a problem with the latch in the bathroom and they immediately put us in a different room and gave a discount. Love Drury Inn!!"

"Undergoing renovations. I had to check out after one night. The noise was unbearable. The staff are great and I have stayed here several times before. I will absolutely return after the renovations are complete."
