「I enjoyed my staff close to beach and bus to city 」

「Beautiful view of the sea, the staff was incredibly nice and made my stay easy! The spa is nice, the pools and beach are beautiful, and the hotel itself was very clean. Would stay here again if I ever come back!」

「Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. 「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「This was our sixth stay at Costa Azul. That probably says it all! The location is excellent, the breakfasts are wonderful with so much to choose from, the staff in the restaurant and at reception are unfailingly cheerful and helpful, and the bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. It is a 30 minute stroll to Passeig Born along the waterfront for us (in our late 70s). We love it.」
