「Lovely staff but felt like it was so far away from everything. 25 minute walk to train station. Beautiful views but no where near Mount Vesuvius. Great view of it. Hotel is very modern but very thin walls, didnt get the room we paid for but what we had was nice. Really weird though as you lay in bed and had a big glazed window looking directly into the shower and toilet. Breakfast was pastries and coffee. Not much choice as it was a single type of croissant. 「The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great and had so many choices, it's beyond what is normally offered in other hotels. I even got a real cappuccino! It's unfortunate that the parking wasn't included, it ended up being quite pricey but at least the car rental was in a safe place. There is an elevator which was well appreciated. It's a good place to stay if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning flight.」

「Terrible experience overall. As a solo female traveler, I felt like a second-class guest. The staff were generally disrespectful, impatient, and unhelpful. Very few employees spoke English, and communication was extremely difficult throughout my stay. The worst experience happened at a restaurant where I planned to have dinner. 「The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..!...
