「The property was spotless. The room was a lot smaller than we imagined, but we didn’t spend much time in it anyway. I recommend this place for a quick visit, otherwise you’d feel cramped with two people. The common area didn’t feel inviting, just two desks and a kitchen with no seating area. I would prefer a couch instead or at least some chairs for the kitchen island, so that there is somewhere else to spend some time, because in the bedrooms there’s just a bed and the little kitchen is a step...

「Great location and close enough for UW appointment. Very clean, good communication with management, easy in and out. The Fremont district is eclectic with great shops, restaurants, bars. Parking is on-street, but available and free on some streets after 7p and others 8p. You can make it work!」

「The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....
