"The main draw of this hotel is its central location, and it is great for that. Beyond that, it’s not much different than your standard place. I would not exactly label it a four star hotel, more like a slightly nicer three star hotel, and even then it is missing some amenities you’d normally find in that range. That said, the location more than makes up for any of those issues if your goal is to explore downtown Seattle, the waterfront, go to a concert at Climate Pledge, etc."

"The hotel was good and the staff were excellent but the decor was a little dated and tired With drab, slightly smelly, carpets on our floor. The inclusive buffet breakfast was good but not exceptional with limited choice. Overall , we thought it was expensive compared with the better experience we had at a different hotel brand in Chicago. The location at the top of a very steep hill made it difficult getting to and, particularly , getting back from the waterfront (unless you are young and fit)."
