"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

"For being on Aurora in Seattle, this is by far the most secure nicest hotel. I’ve stayed at. Strongly suggest staying here if you need to stay in this area. I would feel fine with bringing my entire family here."

"We loved the cozy feel of our own indoor space, the tranquil outdoor space (flowers, fountains and a lake), the fresh breakfast and the very generous hospitality of John and Beth. We spent a delightful 3 nights there, visiting the nearby wineries, hiking nearby trails and just chilling out on the lake or in the hot tub. Perfect for our 24th wedding anniversary."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Specifically the staff that were preparing breakfast. The room is HUGE and it seems like it is more like an apartment than a hotel room. 2 bedrooms was perfect for a family of 3."

"Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them."

"Very nice location, and property for its age. Staff was extremely friendly, I believe Pam was the bame of the staff member who gave excellent customer service. She said she only works weekends. Anyway, she is very friendly and personable. The property and rooms are very clean, carpets could be replaced. Overall a great place to stay."
