「We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!」

When we first entered the room there was a big puddle just inside the front door from when they power-washed the entire outside. A miscellaneous charge appeared on our card after our stay which the manager could not account for so we had to cancel our card. 「Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. 」

「The room was small and musty. Repairs to walls in the bathroom not finished. No air conditioning in the fitness room - and the peloton display wasn’t working. Also, no water cups or towels in the fitness room. Parking wasn’t available so we had to go down the street. Not up to Hilton standards at all.」

「Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.」

「This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well.
