「When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. 「Great location. We arrived on the last flight of the night. Checking was smooth and great. I forgot about the warm cookie at check in but the front desk agent was on point. I love that little touch.
