「Check-in was a nightmare. Had no idea where to park in the parking garage, wasn't sure how to get there from unloading our bags. Desk clerk was rude and provided no help. We finally figured it out by driving around. This morning at check out we noticed a printed instruction sheet on the front desk, would have been nice if we had one offered to us when we arrived (it was not on the counter when we arrived). 「We always stay here when we visit family in Wichita. Pet-friendly and a beautiful walking path and park right behind the hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast is very good, and rooms are clean and modern. Very close to shopping, restaurants and staff is very accomodating and friendly.」
