「As soon as we walked into our room it smelt musty/moldy. The shower didn't work. The bed sheets was dirty and mattress hard as a rock. breakfast was cold and very small selection.」

「Unfortunately did not have a great stay at this hotel. We were not given the room we booked, we needed two beds and were given a room with one bed and a pullout sofa which was awful. The room wasn’t cleaned throughout our trip, along with running out of towels and toilet paper. We asked for the room we actually booked and were informed it wasn’t available.」

「We were awakened at 6:30 AM by a call from the front desk saying that they needed a credit card for “incidentals”. I paid up front for the room with the same credit card. When we checked in at 11:30 PM the night before it apparently wasn’t an issue. The front desk clerk was oblivious to my concern. 「Enjoyed the amenities. The staff at the breakfast bar was most helpful and kind. Cleanliness I would rank 0. We had bed bugs in both rooms we stayed in and the housekeeping never came in the 4 nights we stayed there. I wish I was kidding.」

「The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The building is older, but clean and maintained. We had a smoke- free room, but the hallways had a strong smoke odor. Location is great. Near restaurants and shopping. I like how the sink is separate from the shower/toilet.」
