「Room was dirty. Stains on the sheets! Gross」

「Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the wonderful young lady working the front desk but she was very helpful with fixing a reservation issue that was made through Expedia.」

「Breakfast good. Staff nice but they spent a great deal of time sitting in the bench outside smoking. We arrived about 5pm friday evening and from then until Sunday morning there were always employees outside smoking. There was a range of 1-4 outside smoking at all times. And not just a quick smoke break it was long extended breaks. We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now and im sad to see it go down hill. The rooms are not as clean and are in need of repairs and deep cleaning....

「WOW!!!!!! As soon as we walked into the lobby, Joy, at the front desk greeted us with a since of JOY. She was amazing. All of the rooms have full size refrigerators, stoves and microwaves. We didn't use anything except the refrigerator. The rooms were nice and clean. The owner was outside making sure that the property looked great. He was even pulling weeds from the flower beds. The property has an elevator, but Joy said they try to put one-night guests on the first floor. The property...

「When arriving didn’t receive a welcome gift like usual. They said it was for diamond holders but in the previous stays we always received a welcome gift a a goodbye safe travels gift. Not sure why that changed.」

「I rented 7 rooms for a family gathering. Paid 2,300 for 2 nights. Repeatedly asked for extra bedding for the fold out couches and was always told in the wash. One room door wouldn’t lock when leaving. Did switch rooms but no discount and that door ended up doing the same thing. No discount. One room was straightened and bed remade but door was left ajar. The overhead light in our room was out . Was always told no maintenance on the weekend. Just frustrated all the way around!!」

「The property was very nice, especially the outdoors area overlooking a lake, with a walking path easily accessible. I was able to enjoy some peace and calm every morning. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, especially during a busy time for the hotel.」
