Booked night of stay, staff were great and accommodating. Our room didn’t have a tv remote, so they just moved us to a different room! Ac worked great, breakfast was decent, and in a decent area with lots to eat near by!

The property is 1 of the closest hotels to the intrust bank arena for concerts and events. Easy walking distance to arena and to some fast food restaurants. The hotel is in poor condition when it comes to appearances, maintaining the furniture and the walls/ceilings. I will pick a different hotel my next concert.

The room seemed clean enough and the bed was comfortable. However, because the hotel accepts pets, I noticed several fleas when I laid down. Also, there were two leftover slivers of the bar soap of previous guests left on the rim of the bathtub. Gross!

The first room we were put in had terrible mold growing in multiple areas. When i asked to switch to another at first it they tried to push back, but it was not safe to stay in the original room.. they eventually did switch us and everything was fine. I’ve stayed here many times and never had any issues aside from this one. Breakfast is always good, staff is friendly, and any other room has been good.

The front desk staff was friendly on the evening shift, missing on the morning one. The room and public areas smiled musty. Was afraid to go in the pool considering how poorly maintained the rest of the place was. Very convenient to the Center Theater but area around hotel was rather sketchy after dark. Fairly quiet despite proximity to freeway.

This is a terrible property. Nothing works and everything is old and feels dirty. Do not book this if you want a comfortable stay. If there was a zero rating I would have given it.

I arrived at 7 PM on Tuesday night. In my first regular king room, the air conditioner was not working at all. I walked downstairs and was promptly switched to another room on the same floor thank goodness. The hallway, elevator and doors all need work. It’s not clean here. The saving grace was the polite staff.

The room was very clean, but a little cramped for space. The faucets barely had water running out but the shower was better. We only needed a room to sleep and continue on our trip, so it was a good choice and the location was easy to find. I would stay there again if the situation was the same. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, quiet and clean room with friendly staff. The hot water and A/C worked well. The pool was nice but the hot tub was unfortunately paved over. The area seemed safe and convenient to restaurants. The breakfast included was a standard hotel breakfast. I thought it was a very good value.

The staff was really kind and helpful. The ac in the hallways and lobby was broken. The toilet seat was broken and the shower curtain rod was also broken. All in all I would probably stay again to get out of the heat bc the price was so good.
