「Enjoyed our stay. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Easy walk to casino. 」

「We are very disappointed about the check in and cleaning service. We were waiting 2 hours to get a room because they did not reafy. We were many people waiting for the same. We got arrive at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. Finally, the cleaning service was not good in the room and the bath is old in our room. In the breakfast time were many people, the room was dirty. Definitely, the hotel needs more people to do the cleaning service.」

「The hospitality desk gal was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast because we had an early morning Dr appointment to get to. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. 」

「There was construction going on and and water pipe had broke fans being used to dry areas, very noisy. Did not have any thing telling me about the construction when I made my reservation.」

「The coffee package was used and gross. The lamp by the lounger did not have a light bulb. The bathtub/shower could not dispense hot water when turned full blast, only lukewarm. On the bright side the bed was wonderful, best pillow in a hotel ever!」

「The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.」

「The room was described to me at the front desk as newly renovated. However, upon entering, I noticed it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and lingering drying paint fumes. The smell suggested the renovation was not recent, likely completed more than 6 months ago. The shower featured two glass sliding doors; the main door used to enter and exit required two hands to operate and was difficult to slide smoothly even then. The secondary door, located near the toilet, kept sliding open...
