「Was ok, rooms smelled like smoke, breakfast was cold.」

「Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. 」

「Coffee decent, no protein other than peanut butter only cereal and bagels. No tp holder on wall was only on back of toilet. Towel bar was only partially attached to wall. Door not sealed from hallway … light and sound were coming thru edges of door . Bed was comfortable 」

「The hotel is great; we stay here several times a year. Expedia made the reservation incredibly difficult by changing dates. I’ll never use Expedia again. This is the 2nd time they’ve adjusted the check in/check out times I’ve put in and it creates a lengthy process to update it and get a refund.」

「Body wash was empty in shower they brought a bar of soap to room but didn’t help while in shower. 」

「Suited our needs for a quick night stay over while traveling out of state. Rooms are older but cleaned well, very good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Front lobby, doors, parking lot, exterior could use a refresh.」
