「Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.」

「I chose this hotel mainly for its location, but overall the stay was disappointing. The air conditioning made a constant whirring noise whenever it was on, which made it hard to relax. The pillows were flat and flimsy, and the provided toiletries were empty upon arrival. Even the microwave was unusually loud when in use. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed—we could clearly hear our neighbors arguing through the walls. I expected a higher standard of comfort and quality for the...

「No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water.
