"The hotel advertises self-parking, but it should be noted that the lot is about a 4-minute walk away, or closer to 5 minutes by car because of the lights and one-way streets. Parking is also paid: $15.50 per day or $13.50 overnight. Since it is a public lot with limited availability, be prepared to find alternative parking if it is full. Also, if you are driving a pickup with a 6.5-foot box, getting into the lot is extremely tight, though getting out is much easier.
The hotel restaurant was closed for repairs during my stay. From the outside, it appeared to be in perfectly good condition, so it may be close to reopening, but at the moment this is inconvenient. The nearest breakfast option is about a 4-minute walk in the opposite direction from the parking lot, at Allô mon Coco on Ste-Catherine Est. That is manageable if you have no mobility issues and do not mind the extra walking, but it does add up, especially if you need to to go another 8 minutes back for your vehicle.
Bring cash. The hotel’s vending machines only accept cash, and there is a private ATM on site if you want to pay high withdrawal fees."
"Excellent hotel, central location to everything, adjacent to Place Bonaventure, where there are several pop-up shows underground. The hotel has direct underground access to the metro and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. If traveling with children, this is an excellent location and walking distance of the science Museum, art Museum, Chinatown and many little stores, and restaurants. Parking is available downstairs in the hotel for $29 a day and I suggest leaving your vehicle during your stay and using the metro or walking.
Hotel staff went above and beyond with exceptional housekeeping from Lydia and very warm and friendly staff at the restaurant where they serve a delicious à la carte and buffet breakfast for an additional fee.
My children enjoyed the very warm, heated pool and hot tub each day of our stay. I was delighted by how whisper quiet the bedrooms are, especially after asking for one that would be centrally located to the pool, restaurants, and the exit. Impressive how we didn’t hear anything and slept through the night!
We are seasoned travelers, and I highly recommend this hotel for all, especially those with children. We recommend it for the great value, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the whole hotel and how centrally located it is to everything you want to see in Montreal. Management are on top of everything at this hotel are doing a very fine job!

"Not too bad. The location is pretty convenient. It is walking distance to the Old Montreal and China Town, Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal, Place Jacques-Cartier etc. The complimentary breakfast has a variety choices. Overall, this is not an excellent hotel but it is not bad when compare to the price and location. "
"Staff were very friendly and laid back. They made check in and out very quick and easy. Room was massive with a full kitchen. Great place for a family to stay. Breakfast was included and decent: cold and hot cereal; coffee and tea; various breads; hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses. Coffee and tea were always very hot which was great! The location was great - only a 15min walk to Bell Centre. Room was clean but the smell of cleaner was very strong in the room (that would be the only thing they could improve). Overall, this was an amazing deal for what we got! "
"It’s a nice hotel with some amenities and well located if you want to go to the Olympic Stadium, biodome and saputo stadium. Good restaurant and bistro. Depending on the room you are set, can have some noise from guests. "
