Poor service and no window, but it's Singapore
Ugg rooms with no window, not even a tiny one, are pretty awful. Guess they are pretty standard in Singapore though.
I tried to check in early, the hotel was not flexible. Even after several people checked out and they had their cleaning staff going through the rooms, they held firm to their afternoon check in time. I came back at that time, and they were still not ready to check in.
A satisfactory place to live , especially if you belong from India as in Little India , you get mostly South Indian Restaurants. There is also North Indian Restaurant- Khansahab which is the Best Restaurant , in little India.
Hotel is good & cozy. Hotel is mostly Booked so they don't give good service.

Simple but functional.
Rooms are small but functional. They have a comfortable bed and good aircon but could do with brighter lights. The staff are friendly and Jane tried hard to help out. At only $70 a night plus tax its a good price for Singapore. Not too far from the MRT and close to Mustafa. If you enjoy walking you can easily walk to many places. Try the Azmi restaurant 100m up the road towards Farrer MRT....not too friensly but great food!!
Smallish room but perfect for 1 person. Good shower and having a fridge was great. Little India area is great & lots of cheap places to eat fantastic food.
This was a short stay and as I wanted to stay in Little India this hotel perfectly sits in all that I was looking for. A No Frills basic budget kind of place to sleep which is also clean, safe and close to everything ....you are never feeling far from small things ... just get down and walk on the streets anywhere and you will not be lost ... i will recommend anyone from India who is looking forward to visit Singapore to stay here ...i mean I liked this and will come here again ...
I'll start with pros: The staff was very nice and friendly. The hardware was not as ideal, though. There was no hot water and the toilet faces the wall that one cannot use it conveniently. It was loud since my room faces the street. The bottled water provided in the room was already open when I first got there. If you were just looking for a place to crash it'll do.
To summarize my stay i can say "The worst stay of my life". The staff is stone cold and not at all willing to help at all. I requested the staff for some extra sachets of sugar and i was told that they can only provide me with the complete tea making kit which is gonna cost me extra. Imagine paying extra for 2 spoons of sugar. It is not about money but shows the attitude of staff. The cleanliness was extremely pathetic and the situation didnot improve even after repeated requests till the last day. The room finishes before it even starts and worst of all, the bathroom is separated from the room by a thin glass door and imagine this the glass door has no provision for a latch or lock leaves you with no privacy even in your most private moments (I couldnot understand how they can not even have a latch in bathroom). The beds are super small and not even proper queen size. If you are a family of four as was the case with me, you will just not be able to fit in the family room in any way. I can go on and on but dont want to bore the readers. In all, the hotel is not worth staying and wasting some precious moments of life.If there is some rating below 1, i would like to give that rating to Santa Grand Hotel, Little India
Hotel is well located in little india... hustle/bustle.. loads of shops.. loads of good eating places. Hotel is clean and reasonably fitted out, room was a bit small but it served the purpose. All told not bad.
I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are extremely small. I had no place to put my luggage. The room was not very clean. Window was dirty. The room is much worse than the pictures on the websites. The third day I had to shift to another hotel nearby. There are many hotels nearby that charge around S$100 with bigger rooms, e.g. Tai Hoo, BroadWay hotel etc. This hotel charged me S$140 per night. Not worth it. The rest of the things like wifi, room making was ok.
Very clean room. We stayed in the executive suite that accommodates 2 adults and 2 kids. Only a 5-7 min walk from the Little India metro. All of the famous south Indian restaurants are within a 5 min walk. Excellent value for money.
I booked it in hotels.com and planned to stay for 5 nights here. but disappointed a lot after seeing the room. So many spiders and full of dust from the curtains.
Too much noise in the midnight. so much noise while Shutting doors from the rooms on the same floor/neighbors.
very very very small room and not worth for money. Do not see from the pictures they have put it in the website. you will disappointed a lot.
Facilities: Basic; Value: Average price; Service: Sufficient, Polite; Cleanliness: Clean;
Breakfast in the resturant next door is typical Indian, Ask for coffee sans suger
