BEST SERVICE EVER
Top tier quality services. The management was so kind enough to let us put our belongings 1st before the actual check in time & also still letting us stored our belongings right after we check out to ease us stroll down the town. We were grateful for this gracious gesture. If you're looking for the hotel that are near to the train, definitely would recommend for this one. Only 5-7 min away fron bendemeee (DT23) station

We like the fact that it has two separate units with 2 bathrooms. One room appears to be newer than the other. Location wise is acceptable. However, both rooms smell muddy and stink that we could not sleep. It’s worst with the older room, counter is dusty and the air con blows directly to our face as we lay on the bed.

Really nice staffs! Both the gentleman helping with our check-in and the sweet nice lady checking us out are wonderful and reply in WhatsApp promptly. The space is not big enough if you're traveling with 2 suitcases.

The hotel had suprised me with a bigger room instead of my original booking. It very nice of the hotel to that for us. The room was so beautiful and it's a nice and pleasant stay. I will definitely come back again for a staycation and highly recommend it to my friends and family. There are abit of sounds on and off, not soundproof. The air-condition had water leaking on and off. There were small flies in the room and shower room. Had dust bits within the sheets and dust fully bedded on the wall panel across the bed which made it abit dusty to sleep.

Newly renovated hotel to Check Out!
Wanted to check out this hotel as it states "Newly renovated" I feel this hotel is still under "Pre-Launching" as there's some kind of Reno still on going. Staffs was Polite & friendly, room in Excellent cosy modern concept, I just wish as u enter the room they could improve by having a nice scent. Heyy Guys u still Pre-Launching wats with the high rates when the hotel is not 100% ready. I enjoyed my stay thou some might think twice of the location of the hotel if u know what I mean. .

Having used the hotel for 7 day SHN I don’t believe the staff really took into consideration that adjacent rooms shouldn’t be booked for 2 hour daytime love making sessions or overnight parties for kids that live with their parents.

Locate in good position near met. Can walk to many places like 7-11,food court, Mustafa. Room is clean and quiet good for sleeping. I will go back again.

We booked at this property for the low price as we were only over nighting in Singapore. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was pretty quiet. Even though one of our party was Thai, the promised ride to the airport in the morning never appeared and we had to hastily call another.

They should have posted in their ad with expedia that your balcony is not actually for air compressors. Not only are you not able to rest there if you dont want hot air blowing at you, all 6 air compressors triggers off at 10 minutes with loud noise. The bathroom plastic sliding door? This is one big huge light bulb. No need morning call. Have you actually lived in it yourself before you advertised it? By the way, already left your place and its a real waste of money. I left the day I checked in. total waste of money of 2 days

3 night stopover
Convenient with two metro stations close by (Lavender went straight to the airport with one change across the platform). A comfortable bed, efficient air conditioner, no window but it meant it was quiet as no outside noise. Some dampness on a wall. A nice coffee house around the corner. Local priced beers opposite and down the road with the locals. Little India not far. Didn’t have time to spend in the room except for sleep and shower so served the purpose.

How can Hotels.com even promote this hotel. Our initial reservation was for the night of Dec.31st and Jan. 01, 2019. The pictures on their website were not what we got. Dirty sheets and holey blanket. Had to sleep with the lights on due to removal of key not only turned off the lights but also turned off the air conditioning. Toilet ran and leaked all night. This was totally unsatisfactory and we checked out the next morning. We tried to cancel our reservation for Jan.17, 2019 and to date have had no success in getting a refund for that night.

Booked a single room. Though it was clean, it had no window and was tiny. It was ok for one night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Neighborhood was nothing special. A friendly bakery is attached to the hotel. To get to a food court, after exiting hotel turn left and walk to end of street.

A horrible way to start a Singapore holiday
We booked 3 nights and were forced to leave after one. The Hotel.com pictures have been photo shopped or have the wrong place. The room was 'extremely' small, no where for suitcases, shower on top of the toilet. Have you ever tried to use a bathroom after the floor is soaked and the toilet soaked because there is no way to get rid of the water? This is a ridiculous setup and Hotels.com should review who they approve on their website. In our friend's room, they couldn't even shut off all the lights or the A/C would also disconnect.

The photograph was better than the actual room. It was ok as I was by myself but if I was with my partner, I would not stay there. It is ok for those that don't mind the bare basics and are on a tight budget. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The pillows were not that comfortable and the linen and pillowcases were stained, just a bit too much for my liking. If you need to use tissues, I suggest you bring your own, otherwise, you will be using toilet paper. Nowhere really in the bathroom to put your toiletries. If your wife or partner has as much stuff as my partner then she will not be too happy. I suggest you ask for an ironing board and set it up as a mini bench. There is no room service or café but at the end of the Road, there is traditional food from a number of vendors to choose from. The bottom line is, I guess it was value for money and it served my purpose for just the one night. If on my own again, I would considering staying there.

Stayed here during their renovation period...
Location itself is about 10 minute walk from either Bendemeer Station (blue line) or Lavender station (green line). Has plenty of good food options around. A little deserted at night as it’s near the industrial buildings and hardly anyone around. Room is ok, small but adequate. Don’t expect too much- very basic provision of amenities: toothbrush/paste set, towels, shower set. Lack of sound proofing- I can hear every single person walking by or talking in the corridor. Hotel itself was undergoing renovation during the time that we were there, so expect plenty of dust and loud disturbances. Check in was pretty seamless, so that’s a plus I guess?

Un hôtel de passage...
Un petit hôtel avec des petites chambres mais satisfaisant pour passer une nuit ou deux entre deux avions. Dans cette gamme de prix c'est souvent le cas à Singapour. La chambre est vraiment petite mais confortable. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir trop de bagages! Salle de bain vitrée avec le lavabo dans la chambre et il faut passer dans les toilettes pour accéder à la douche...mais la douche est très bonne. Télévision avec Netflix et YouTube pas essayée. J'avais demandé une chambre avec fenêtre, du coup c'était un peu bruyant car l'isolation phonique n'est pas terrible ! Pas de petit-déjeuner. Assez bien situé entre l'aéroport et le centre ville. Proche de Little India en fait. Station de MRT Bendemeer à 300 mètres, direct depuis Changi. Il y a un hawker pas très loin où on peut manger pour pas cher si on aime la cuisine asiatique en tous genres.
