Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.」

Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux....
