Great location in the center of town. Although the hotel was more of a hostel type stay, not a hotel.

Commercial boutique azores was just what we needed to start our Portugal trip. The location is perfect - you can really walk everywhere and everything you would want to do and see is within minutes. The room was a very good size and spotless. The electronic blinds were an amazing touch to make the room completely black during the night The staff, carlos and anibal were truly amazing and attentive and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations. Although we didn’t use the patio at the back, it was a very nice addition to be able to use it if we wanted.

This boutique hotel was our home for a week while we explored the island and it worked. Very centrally located in the tiny streets the parking is a 5 minute walk away. The room had zero shelving to put anything is my biggest complaint. But it was clean and they have a central fridge and microwave you can use. All in all would stay again.

The room is in an excellent location, within walking distance of everything! It was also very clean when we arrived. However, on the second day, we found a lot of ants in our room. There was a small hole in the room where they seemed to be coming from. The air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was very comfortable. One small downside was the bathroom. It was very humid, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet.

Great boutique hotel

Staff were very helpful, stayed late to let us in after our flight was delayed, called a taxi for us and gave suggestions for restaurants. They responded right away to our emails. Hotel was well located and very clean with a nice outdoor patio and common living room. We would definitely recommend it and we will stay there again.

Hi Issue, with the parking, it was a at a very distance by a 10 minute walk and then you have to climb to the third floor with stairs with your luggage especially during the rain. It’s not very convenient other than that place was good. Would’ve been nice to have a little continental breakfast, but overall it was clean and convenient to all the restaurants
